• The “How Much Do You Know About The Primary Care Network” Facebook Contest is proudly brought to you by Agency for Integrated Care (AIC).

  • The Contest will commence on 15 July 2021 and end on 31 July 2021, 2359hrs.

  • Contestants must be 18 years and older and residing in Singapore to be eligible for this contest.

  • Only Fans of AIC Singapore Facebook Page are eligible to join and win the contest. Participants' profiles must be made “public” throughout the Contest Period. Incomplete entries will be disregarded.

  • By sharing your entries, AIC reserves the right to publish your entries and details for any purpose whatsoever without having to pay any fee or compensation.

  • AIC shall not be liable for any misuse of the Participant’s submitted information or the Participant’s submitted photographs, in the course of taking part in the Contest.

  • A maximum of one (1) submission per person is allowed for this Contest. Where a participant submits two (2) or more entries, the first submission will be accepted, and the rest of the entries will be void.

  • Participants need to post their entries via the comment section of the giveaway post on Facebook to participate.

  • AIC may contact the selected winners of this Contest, and request additional information, and original files of their submissions. 

  • 20 winners will be selected to win a $10 FairPrice Voucher* each. Management decisions will be final.

  • In the event that the Winner does not or is not able to claim his/her Prize within 7 calendar days, the prize will be deemed forfeited, and AIC may select another winner at its sole and absolute discretion. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-cashable.
     

  • Each residential address will be allowed to win only one (1) prize. Those who won prizes in the previous contest run by AIC will not be eligible for this contest, but they can take part for subsequent contests.
     

  • Winner and their family members within the same household will not be eligible to win other contests conducted by AIC within the next 90 days.


  • AIC will not accept responsibility for gifts lost, delayed, misdirected, damaged or undelivered.

  • AIC reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without any prior notice.
